The Technology Development Projects (TDPs) enable rapid open distribution of curated medical imaging and associated data to empower a broad community of data scientists to answer, quickly and rigorously, critical questions about patient care and will be expanded to include and/or link to additional image and non-image data feeds from multiple registries and repositories to maximize the collective value of NIH data collection efforts, thus enabling researchers to address topics no single archive could inform independently.
